16/09/2009 – Tenders invited for West Sussex Community Legal Advice service
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) is inviting tenders for the provision of a Community Legal Advice (CLA) service in West Sussex.
The aim of the tender is to commission a single contract to provide an integrated advice service for the people of West Sussex. The contract will be the only General Legal Advice service funded by the local authorities in the area and the only Specialist Legal Advice Social Welfare law contract funded by the LSC in the area once existing LSC Unified Contracts expire.
The service will also provide up to 20% of the specialist family law advice in the County along with any related representation.
The deadline for applications is 13 November 2009.
