22/10/2009 – LSC announces civil contract tender timetable
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) has announced that the new civil contracts will come into effect on 1 October 2010.
The LSC has also made available the timetable for tenders following postponement of the original process earlier this year. Bidding for immigration contracts will start at the end of November 2009 and for all other work in the week beginning 8 February 2010.
Agencies will have a seven week period in which to apply to deliver a new contract. Information for applicants and how to apply will be available on the tender pages of the LSC's website prior to each of the bid rounds opening.
