12/11/2009 – 2010 civil contract to be published next week
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) will publish details of the new 2010 Standard Civil Contract in the week of 16 November 2009.
The publication of the new contract, which will replace the current Unified Contract, follows the conclusion of a consultation on the contract that ended this week.
News of the contract's publication appears in the latest version of the LSC's 'Update' newsletter that also includes details of changes to the fixed fee compliance audit.
Full details of the contract will be available on the LSC wesbite from next week.
