The April 2011 issue of Lasa's 'review' publication is now available. In addition to a copy of our 2011/2012 benefits rates poster, the new issue of review contains articles on -
- the welfare benefit related highlights in Budget 2011;
- the introduction of a 'Mandatory Work Activity Scheme' from April 2011;
- new DWP guidance on carer's allowance and full time education;
- a call for the DWP to respond to appeals within 42 days; and
- the end of the Worker Registration Scheme.
