As mentioned in our Chief Executive Terry Stokes blog last week, Lasa ran a CRM Summit on 7 June at Charity Technology Trust, to give people a chance to compare and contrast three popular CRM (client - or customer or constituent - relationship management) databases - Salesforce, CiviCRM and Microsoft Dynamics.
