03/05/2011 – Lasa presents the database summit

Is your current database up to the job?  Are you thinking about moving to a new database system?  What are the key things you should think about in evaluating database systems? The varying demands made on organisations to gather, hold, utilise and report on data, and the exciting moves to cloud-based systems makes this a rapidly changing area - and this free Lasa event will look at three leading database systems and give you the tools to help evaluate them.

In this event we will be looking in depth at the merits of three leading customer relationship management (CRM) systems - CiviCRM, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics in the non-profit sector.

Under the watchful gaze of Stuart Lunn, our chair for the afternoon, our presenters Stony Grunow, Michael McAndrew, David Moreton and Bill Padmore will be making the case for their chosen systems and answering questions in a panel discussion. After a networking break, you'll be able to see more intimate demos of each system. We are preparing an evaluation matrix so that comparisons can be made between the offerings.

Online registration:  http://crmsummit.eventbrite.com/

Time and Location:
The event takes place on Tuesday 7 June at CAN Mezzanine near Old Street, starting at 2pm.  We'll be wrapped up by 5.30pm. The event is limited to 70 places so please book now.
