05/11/2009 – Lasa is looking for new trustees
Lasa is seeking to recruit two additional trustees to join its high calibre Board of Trustees.
Lasa is a charitable company limited by guarantee and we are 25 years old this year. Our current Board has eight members with a wide spread of skills and experience of the advice and ICT sector as well as a breadth of knowledge about the wider Voluntary and Community Sector and public services delivery.
We are particularly looking for trustees with skills in the areas of human resources, legal advice, local authorities, marketing and policy work and we are also seeking to ensure that the Board retains its current diversity by welcoming applications from individuals from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic or Refugee background. You would be an active contributor to the governance work of Lasa and would play a key role in framing Lasa's strategy and services in the difficult climate of the next few years.
