06/11/2009 – Lasa hosts major event on third sector collaboration
Lasa held a key event for the sector titled "Mind the Gap: How can the Third Sector Survive through Tough Times?"on 4th November .
Following Lasa's first 25th anniversary event on 7th October , "Mind the Gap" focused on a discussion of the survival of the third sector through tough times, how it could build the business case for its needs, and how it could work together more. Keynote speakers included Neil Cleevely, Director of Policy and Communications at NAVCA, Stephen Hawkins, Chief Executive of Age Concern Hounslow, and Gaynor Humphreys, Director of London Funders.
