Developing Your Services Using Technology Networks Explained Training for Circuit Riders (mobile ICT workers) Courses are designed specifically for Managers or for those with direct responsibility for ICT. Our ICT training courses are intended for voluntary sector organisations and networks. Previous partners for our commissioned training include Kingston Superhighways, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, London Borough of Newham and the Women's Resource Centre.
