LASA Circuit rider project
 
 

Lasa's Circuit Rider Project 2005 - 2007

Supported by The City Bridge Trust (formerly Bridge House Trust) and the Big Lottery Fund, the project worked with 16 of their grantees over a two year period supporting and helping to build their ICT capacity. The project provided the following:

  • an initial site visit consisting of IT Healthcheck, consultation on strategy and project plans;
  • assistance with  IT problems;
  • development of individual recommendations and action plans;
  • periodic follow up visits;
  • training sessions and seminars;
  • subscription to Lasa’s computanews including Guides;
  • telephone and email help-line, website and private email discussion list.

ADP Consultancy were commissioned to revisit 8 of the organisations who took part in the Project to find out what the lasting effects of the interventions of the Project were on the sample organisations and what they consider could be done to assist them in their work.
