Download AIMS for Free
There are two different downloads available from this page. One is a demo version of the AIMS Extra software which contains specimen data and enables you to practice using AIMS.The second is the AIMS Free software which is a full working version of the AIMS Core system.
AIMS Free Download

AIMS Demo
The AIMS Demo download is a single self extracting Zip file which installs:
- The AIMS Demo software and
- The AIMS Demonstration Tour (PDF)
- The AIMS Full Help Guide (PDF)
- The AIMS Pre-Configuration Guide (PDF)
You will need to have Adobe Reader software installed to read PDFs. If you do not have this you can download it free from the Adobe Website.
The demo software has been designed to run on stand alone computers running Windows 2000, XP or Vista
To download and install the AIMS Demonstration software, follow the instructions below:
- Click on the link to download the AIMS Demo software
- Select SAVE and choose a location for the saved file when prompted (e.g. Desktop)
- Navigate to the saved location and double click to run the file
- Follow the on screen prompt
- ONCE INSTALLED USE THE USERNAME 'JS' AND PASSWORD 'PASSWORD' TO LOG INTO AIMS
Once the installation is complete, the AIMS DemonstrationTour document will help you to familiarise yourself with the system and also provides the login details. A shortcut will be created to the document on yourdesktop.
